Q: Since this is a custom item, how long will it take to ship?

A: Because each piece is custom designed and individually crafted to order, it takes a little extra love and time to make.

Please note: Made to order jewellery requires 2-4 weeks production + Shipping time.

This could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand. We promise the personalized quality is worth the short wait!

Q: Will this necklace tarnish, rust, or turn my skin green?

A: Not at all! This pendant and chain are crafted from premium-gradestainless steel. Unlike cheap brass or copper jewellery, stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnish, rust, and oxidation, and it won’t leave green marks on your skin.

Q: Can I get my name written in a non-English alphabet, like Arabic or Japanese?

A: Yes, absolutely! We love celebrating different cultures and languages.

We offer a variety of beautiful global font styles, including Jawi, Chinese, Tamil, Japanese, Korean, and even numbers.

Just type your name in your preferred language/script when placing your order.

Q: Is this necklace safe for sensitive skin?

A:Yes, it is 100% hypoallergenic.

Our jewellery is crafted with zero high-concern chemicals or harsh metals, making it completely safe, comfortable, and irritation-free for everyday wear, even for those with highly sensitive skin.

Q: How do I choose the right chain length?

A: We offer four adjustable chain lengths to suit your style:

  • 35cm: Best worn as a close-fitting choker.
  • 40cm: Sits elegantly right around the collarbone.
  • 45cm: A classic, standard length that sits just below the collarbone.
  • 50cm - 60cm: A longer fit, perfect for layering with other necklaces.

Q: How do I design my name in a different language?

A: We got you! If can be confusing to spell your own name in another language.

Q: I received my order but it is with the wrong spelling and design. Can I get a refund?
